This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for paid plans on FinXure, operated by T.N. Vignesh Sharma, a sole proprietorship trading under the MSME-registered name "FinXure," based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (the "Operator"). This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
FinXure's Free plan does not require payment, so no refund question ever arises for it. You can use the Free plan, and cancel a paid plan back down to it, at any time.
Paid plans (currently the Individual plan; a seat-based Family plan is planned) are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or annual) and processed securely through Razorpay. FinXure does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
We do not currently offer a free trial of paid plans. You can review the features and pricing of each plan in the app before paying.
Because a paid plan grants immediate access to digital features for the billing period you pay for, payments are non-refundable once made, including if you simply change your mind, stop using the Service, or forget to cancel before a renewal. This applies to both the initial payment and any automatic renewal.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep paid access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and are not charged again. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
We will refund a payment if any of the following applies:
Outside of the situations above, and except where required by law, we do not offer refunds for paid plans.
To request a refund under Section 4, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:
Reach us via team@finxure.space or the Contact page. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer — this timeline is set by Razorpay and your bank, not by FinXure. If access was granted for the disputed charge, an approved refund may result in that access being revoked from the effective date of the refund.
If an amount was debited from your account but your FinXure plan was not upgraded (a failed or stuck payment), this is not treated as a case requiring a refund request first — contact us with your payment reference and we will either complete the activation or refund the amount, whichever is appropriate.
Plan pricing may change from time to time; for existing paying subscribers we give at least 30 days' notice of any price change affecting their plan, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Downgrading from a paid plan to Free is not a refund event — see our Terms for how your data is handled after a downgrade.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of paid plans after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
